Give the Guard of Honor to the Prime Minister in Beijing

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who is in China on a five-day official visit, has reached Beijing. He went to Beijing after participating in the summit of the World Economic Forum in Dalian. On arrival at Beijing, the statutory guard of honor was given to the Prime Minister of Bangladesh at the airport. There are several agreements and agreement memorandums signed with China in this visit. The Prime Minister and her entourage reached Beijing after 11 local time on Wednesday (July 3rd). China's Vice Foreign Minister Ching Gang welcomed Sheikh Hasina at the airport when Air China reached Beijing on a VVIP flight. A child greeted the Bangladeshi Prime Minister with flowers. At the airport, the Prime Minister of Bangladesh is given a statutory guard of honor. After the formalities at the airport, the Prime Minister was taken to Motijheel's Diaoyatai State Guest Hajj. The Prime Minister will take part in a citizen reception hosted by expatriate Bangladeshis in Beijing this afternoon. He will give floral wreaths at the Great Hall of the People, on Thursday, on the memorial of the Chinese heroes. Bangladesh Prime Minister's bilateral meeting will be held on Thursday (July 4th) with Chinese Premier Li Khu Chiang. The Great Hall of the People will be present at the signing ceremony. Later, Sheikh Hasina will take part in the dinner hosted by the Chinese Prime Minister. In the afternoon CCPI will participate in a roundtable meeting with Chinese business delegates. Hasina is expected to return home on July 6 after the tour.
